Multimodal Small Animal In Vivo Imaging System

Features

✧ Back-illuminated high-sensitivity cryogenic camera
The small animal live imaging systems use high-resolution cryogenic back-illuminated cameras with a QE of up to 95% at the peak and a cooling temperature of -100°C. With an F0.95 large aperture lens, the signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity are both excellent ;
✧ Uniformity of excitation light source
It adopts high-power narrow-band tube and long-life LED light source, and multiple groups of light sources are designed with global shadowless symmetry to ensure uniform and stable excitation light source and the stability of fluorescence excitation results;
✧ Spectral separation technology
In view of the varying degrees of autofluorescence in animals that affect the experimental results, we use high-purity, high-transparency, narrow-bandwidth filters, combined with our own software, to develop a set of accurate spectral separation technology to help users accurately obtain Target fluorescence data;
✧ Professional in vivo imaging software Nebula-IMAGEIVIS
Guided shooting mode. According to different modules, it contains a database of commonly used fluorescent dyes. Dyes can be directly selected for automatic shooting. It supports up to 5 channel sample shooting at the same time. Fluorescence images and marker images are merged. Three colors are automatically merged. Manual adjustment after merging is supported. The results can be spectrally separated, and gray values and photon quantities can be automatically calculated.

Application

Gene therapy
Normal genes or genes with therapeutic effects are introduced into target cells in a certain way to correct gene defects or exert therapeutic effects, thereby achieving the purpose of treating diseases.

Infrared imaging
It is suitable for ICG and infrared photothermal dye sentinel lymph node, deep tumor imaging, and subcutaneous tumor resection surgery in mice.
