Application:
Chemiluminescence detection of Western Lightning, ECL, ECL plus, CDP Star, SuperSignal, CSPD, LumiGlo and other luminescent substrates; some models can be used for plant in vivo imaging and other luminescent substrates, DNA/RNA gels, protein gels, blot hybridization Imaging and analysis of membrane autoradiography gel plates, enzyme plates, thin layer chromatography plates, and petri dishes.
The instrument uses a high-resolution, low-illumination imported refrigerated CCD, combined with a large-aperture electric lens, which can capture extremely weak fluorescence and chemiluminescence signals. The deeply cooled CCD eliminates background noise to the greatest extent, and the ultra-large aperture electric lens collects weak signals. A variety of optional fluorescence light sources and multi-position electric filter wheels can meet various experimental needs such as nucleic acid imaging and ECL imaging.
